Carvel - Réserver une table

We went late and I ordered a cookie dough ice cream. I received soft serve vanilla, tried to explain to the employee who told me that it 's soft serve cookie dough which doesn 't seem to exist. One bite was consumed and no compromise was had in the form of replacement or refund and I didn 't want to make a scene so I 'm leaving this review. Visited 11/4/22 at 21:45.

The best customer service experience we have had in a while! Had a personal call from the owner and he was so understanding, kind, and apologetic for a minor mix up that happened in store. This business is true to its word and honest! We love carvel. This is by far the best one on the island. Such a genuine guy!!!!!!

Not good experience. Don't know how many people they have working there but for 15 minutes I saw none. Tried to purchase an ice cream cake. I know of labor shortage and all but........ The bottom of cake was melting in my hand waiting

a young gentleman named michael wrote on my cake for me and it was beautiful

I bought One Sunday and received the other free. Happy Wednesday.
