I have been a frequent patron of this Carvel for years. I always enjoyed the ice cream and the service at this location, but lately while the service is still fairly decent the Ice Cream has lost its flavor and quality. It seems the taste is definitely not the normal Carvel taste, but more like one of those Ice Cream trucks or street fair quality and taste. Even recently a shake I had gotten tasted like a fast food machine made shake. I hope if this location will go back
I highly recommend this Carvel! Overall they are a great location. I have had 1 small issue and the owner reached out to me personally. I truly appreciate a owner that puts their customers first. The staff has always been super friendly and the store always looks clean. I will definitely be going back for many years to come.
