I gave one star because the ice cream is delicious, but very overpriced and the customer service needs a overhaul because, I never felt welcomed when I went there since the person was never friendly and very cold. It's hard to want to shop at a place, when the customer associate is not smiling but staring at you blankly as you try to order, while being stared at, like an animal in a zoo.
Bit of a wait. Which was surprising for a cold Monday night. Prices are a little high. Service is fast. Ask for a sundae. Had to ask for the whipped cream. Didn't even bother at that point asking for the cherry. Limited seating so very difficult to enjoy there and no seating outside.
Carvel's ice cream is the smoothest I've ever tasted. It's the most delicious ice cream I've ever had! The owners have been running this place for as long as I can remember, and I've been coming here for 38 years!
It is a typical Carvel... staff is usually friendly sometimes a little short. Good selection. My biggest complaint is that there is barely any space to sit if you want to enjoy your ice cream immediately. Réservez une table maintenant
I needed a customized birthday cake with a mermaid on it. I sent a photo and they put the mermaid on the cake and happy birthday. My granddaughter and father gave me 2 thumbs up.
Great ice cream for the whole family! Cones or cups, it's an amazing place to relax with. Not much waiting, must order online or call them for your order for now.
The owners are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient in serving their customers. We always look forward to dining here!
