I recently had the worst dining experience in a long time at this restaurant. The fried calamari was tough and my plate arrived at the table smelling like garbage. The stuffed shrimp also had an awful smell that I couldn't get past. The waiter even knew there was an issue when he saw my husband smelling it and was not surprised. It was clear they were serving bad seafood. The waiter tried to make amends by offering a complimentary after dinner drink and removing my dinner from the bill, but I have no desire to return to this restaurant.
Can't say enough about this restaurant. We've eaten here many times, lunch, dinner, deliver etc. It is always delicious, fresh, and we leave satisfied. The prices can't be beat for the quality and amount of food served. The owner is wonderful and service is always great. The lunch menus can't be beat. For about $13 you get salad, entree, coffee, and fresh fruit. They could absolutely charge more for the quality of the food alone. Highly recommend!
My family has high standards when it comes to Italian cuisine. We have been going to Arturo's for generations and it never disappoints. The food is fantastic, with each dish outdoing the last. The restaurant is cozy and well-designed, and our waiter was excellent. The wait time for the food was a bit long, but it was definitely worth it. Even on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was packed. I can't wait to go back!
The food I ordered was delicious and satisfying, but unfortunately, my wife's shrimp dish was not up to par. It seemed like the kitchen was aware that the dish was not good, as our server seemed hesitant to serve it. Additionally, we were not happy about the 3% surcharge for credit card use - it felt unfair and unnecessary. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Make sure you make reservations. Place is nice inside. The service was really good by the young mates working there. The bread was nice and fresh couldn't stop eating it. Our calamari was fresh and crunchy also!!! Our main courses very delicious. It's byob so enjoy some fine Italian food with your choice of wine that you bring.
