My partner and I regularly visit Casa Carbone. When we moved to the area, a friend had recommended us, and since our first visit we were never disappointed. In fact, the menu and the overall experience is constantly better (not even sure how this is possible, as it is a 5-star for us from get go! . Vince is a stellar restaurant with a first class old school customer service. He welcomes everyone and especially, not to mention the incredible talents of chef Christopher kitchen staff.
