Casa Chiva - Réserver une table

We are from Madrid and we know this restaurant years ago and we leave when we go to valencia, as we did this time. but this time it was not good for us: we asked for brown rice and black rice and it was not good either, they had no drop, as if the rice had been cooked in water and then they would have mixed it with the rest. I put stars because it's the only time that has failed us these years, maybe it's not the same kitchen equipment anymore. next time I don't think we're gonna go play perelló for eating at the chiva house.

Could you hang photos of the letter? I called to make a reservation and they told me we have to order the rice, but I need to see the letter to choose from.
