Another excellent night. Order the pernil sliders as an app. Very delicious. Something I noticed in the past 6 months is that on a Friday night there is only 1 bartender and there used to be 2. You might want to think about having 2 again. I think that you would have more people standing at the bar if there were more service. You do have a full bar, but some people don't mind standing. I have eaten at Casa de Campo in the past but I had not been at the one in Babylon in a year. I order takeout today. I had the WORST MOFONGO and Tres Leche dessert EVER today! The chicken mofongo had no taste and the tres leches had an old taste. If they have a new management and/ or cook , they will not do well at all. Food: 1
