A genuine, honest place in the heart of Oberkassel, ran by a very friendly Spanish family. We've had the pleasure of visiting Casa Galicia many times and the name fits the restaurant very well indeed it always feels like home. The food is...authentic, fresh and cooked to perfection. The menu has a really nice selection anything from tasty paellas, mussels all the way to excellent Argentinian steaks. Good simple wine list. Traditional, plain interior decor. Service is kind and efficient, with a touch of friendly sense of humor. Very much worth a visit!
This restaurant truly has potential to become my new favorite place. The chairs are very cozy and the distance between the places I find extremely reasonable. There you don't get the feeling of dining fish in the can evening. Promter and kind service. I think the whole staff did a very good job there. We were together there and each one of us has ordered something else — I can say for my part, I cost something from everything and it was really good.
I really recommend this place! For palate friends, everything is a palate. The portions are in a good and saturating size. The armchairs are very pleasant and the distance between the places I find very adequate. There you get in no way the feeling of dining fish in the can evening. Not only the nice staff was the absolute racer during my visit, but also the good ambience.
I've eaten at Casa Galicia times. Each time I have the Black Ink paella. The dish itself is wonderful, however it takes forever to serve it. In general, every time we've eaten here the service has been slow, yet very hospitable. This is a...restaurant where I often see people come for lunch and stay for hours. The staff was great, really nice, welcoming and helpful. We ordered a paella, it's been quite long but was definitely worth the wait. over we've been offered great appetizers to fill our wait. It was huge and excellent, one of the best paella I ever...ate, a real taste of Spain in Germany. I highly recommend it
One of my favorite restaurants in Düsseldorf. The owner Simone with his southern style very humorous and very sympathetic. The food is really incredibly delicious there.
