Oh, that's the free pizza base of BEST gluten (or Pinsa, rather) I've tried it so far. It's fluffy. I repeat: it is actually fluffy, although it is gluten-free. Amazing! The Veggies were also on the spot. Not many vegan options here, but as long as they have the Fernando Pinsa, I'm good. If only that was in Barcelona... Updated from previous review on 2021-08-19

Me comí la pizza vegana que es muy buena (muy buen queso y sabor espectacular) y la capucha siciliana que viene con la focaccia y está fascinada. ¡Muy bien! Tienen otra opción de pizza vegana (el Fernando) que aún no he probado, así que estoy seguro de que volveré!
