I don't know if the food is good, I ordered some esfihas at Ifood at 23:20 08/NOV/2023, but I didn't even receive any news about them and it's 01:20 09/NOV/2023, the restaurant has already closed, the service is gone take into account the attention to Ifood and the delivery customer, zero stars, they sent my order to Ifood as if it had been delivered and was on its way to the address, they did not respond to any message that I sent it on chat to find out about the order and they closed the establishment, damn it if the customer paid for the order and was waiting to receive it, I had to waste another 40 minutes in Ifood service to request a refund, I can't talk about the environment because I...

Infelizmente o atendimento e o prazo de entrega não é cumprido e quando pede para falar com o gerente a pessoa que se identifica simplesmente diz que deve esperar ou cancelar porque eles trabalham com muitos aplicativos e tem muitos clientes. Acredito que a família Lima não saiba o quanto esses funcionários estão denegrindo seu nome. Infelizmente não recomendo a ninguém este estabelecimento.
