7 friends all ex pats been living on the island for some time now. Heard good things about this restaurant thought we should try it for a spot of lunch. We all had pan Ali Oli to start. 4 of us had the local fish of the day, 2 had steak, the remainder of our party had a local fish stew type dish, all were perfectly prepared. Other than the redundant bones from the fish all plates were left clean empty. Both the house white red wines were fairly priced were excellent. Suelo visistar este lugar muy a menudo , debo decir que no estoy nada de acuerdo con dichas opiniones negativas, sobre la comida y el servicio de los empleados de este lugar , en primer lugar, cuando te asignan una mesa siempre está limpia ,la comida espectacular ,los camarer@s súper atentos rápidos y muy agradables . El sitio es encantador y la comida de lo mejor que hay, sin menospreciar los demás lugares .Hay personas que solo le gustan hablar mal de un lugar simplemente porque su sentido común ,empatia no da para más..aunque es respetable .. un saludo a tod@s los empleados d mamá gata que sois magníficos y la comida aparte de buena para repetir .. un saludo de un@s clientes que salen sat...
Wife and I went here on a tip by a local, a taxi from Bahia Feliz set us back almost EUR14 one way. The staff were happy to assist calling us a taxi to go back, though after our late dinner (about 9-10pm) we had a walk through the city, to also enjoy their local festives (not sure what they were celebrating, or if it was just common happening). We ordered mainly seafood (shellfish and fish), and were satisfied with all dishes. Nothing super incredible, but much better than the range of restaurants around hotel areas would offer. At night the sea becomes all black, and we sat on the walkway, enjoying a clear sky with visible stars and planets, and to the sound of guitar music and waves crashi...
Sitio bastante bonito, con vistas al paseo maritimo. Precios razonables y buenas raciones, las gambas al ajillo nos encantaron y las papas arrugadas tambien. La comida tardó un poco en salir, pero bueno, con la de clientes que tenia tampoco es de extrañar. Recalcar, para quien no lo sepa, que en la terrazas hay gatos, aunque era de esperar para un sitio que se llama Casa de mama gata, estos no molestan, como mucho te miran con cara de pena a ver si le das algo de comer.

we were in two and we ordered as appetizer fresh fried sardines and a paella mixada for two with fresh fish, very good environment, informal and friendly, super abundant portions, quality products. only suggestion little less garlic in the price paella right, highly recommended!
Me gusta mucho ir a comer allí con mi padre. La comida está muy buena y las raciones son abundantes. A veces los camareros van un poco lentos con el servicio, pero vale la pena.
Very nice restaurant specializes on fresh fish and canarian food. Great ambiance, espescially on sunday afternoons when canarian families enjoy their meals.
Nos encantó el restaurante, comida casera muy buena, ropa vieja de pulpo y gofio escaldado. Los postres también espectaculares. Recomendable calidad precio!
