The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Although it may appear to be a simple pizza place from the outside, once you step inside, it is clear that this is an authentic Italian establishment in an American setting. The restaurant is adorned with decorations and trinkets representing the Sicilian origins of the food. We were told by our server that the owner imports all of the ingredients from Italy and handcrafts most of the dishes, and this attention to detail is evident in every bite. This is the real deal people! The pizza dough is made from scratch, and the sauce is just the right blend of crushed tomatoes with remnants of oregano and other fresh spices. The sauce is spread lightly over the dough with just the right amount oftoppings to satisfy the pickiest eater. The crust is crunchy, yet chewy, and the end result is perfection!
