for me, the authentic Italian restaurant in Solingen- Aufderhöhe is always the first starting point when it is called "Come, we go to the Italian." I usually also am a huge pizza fan, but it is always a little too generous there for me. this can be quite advantageous for one or the other, so it is pure taste. the nude running is absolutely pointed. my favourite! it is always fresh and hot. the cheese is golden-brown and the noodles are not too hard and not too soft. if you want to enjoy a cozy evening, with dear owner, who always greets you with handbeat, you are right at the "small italian" gino and to finish there is a limoncello to the house (or other delicacies that help digest;-)))

the local was very full, so we had to sit in the winter garden. that was no problem at all. we ordered a pizza rucola and a calzone. the calzone, with bolognesesauce was absolutely in order. the pizza was very bad. the dough not crispy, but greasy and sloppy. he was not the true one. the mozzarella was like gum, the rucola was extremely bitter and stubborn! I'm not a very critical person and would also go back to the restaurant to try something else. but the pizza that my friend also tried and made the same judgment as I, is really the money (very expensive with 10 euro) nods in the approach worth. that can even be better. Even very nice staff!

I visited this restaurant when I visited a family in solingen. we have eaten here in December to evening the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and we were greeted by the owner, a very friendly, somewhat older italian who was directed. .
