I ordered four pizzas for delivery a few days in advance for a time-sensitive kids' party and paid upfront. I called over an hour before the scheduled delivery to confirm everything was on track, and I was told there were no issues. However, when the delivery time came and went, I called the restaurant 10 minutes later only to find out they had no record of my order. I had to send my husband to pick up the pizzas, which caused him to miss the party, and there was no apology from the staff. We were left with cranky, hungry kids and a party venue that was ready to kick us out. This place is a complete mess. I will never order from them again.

They had no idea about my order and I had to send my husband to pick up (and miss the party) 4 pizzas with no apology. Cranky hungry kids and a party venue ready to kick us out. This place is a disorganized disaster. Never ever again.
I tried this pizzeria for lunch. The eggplant parmesan and salad (with oil/vinegar already on it) were standard and ok. The cake tasted spoiled, so after two small bites, I did not eat any more of it. There are plenty of tables for seating, with a large screen TV for watching sports and there is on the street (metered) parking. They accept call-in and in person take-out orders also.
-1 star because I?m still heartbroken that Joe the old owner sold. I would come here often as a kid and Joe became like a family member to us. Anyways, the pizza is tasty especially the sausage slice!! The mozzarella sticks are tasty too, can?t say much about the rest of the menu as I?ve never tried it but this pizzeria is definitely under rated! The pizza is so tasty

I'm quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and French fries, but I never received the fries, and my sandwich was missing the cheese. This has happened to me twice now, which is frustrating since I've always enjoyed their food in the past. It seems like they aren't paying attention to the orders.

I grew up in Plainfield, and Saturdays were always reserved for enjoying Casanova's pizzas, pastas, and salads. On my latest visit home, I made sure to stop by Casanova's once more, and it was just as delicious as I remembered!
I hesitate to speak too negatively about such a beloved place, but my experience wasn’t the best—maybe it was just an off day for them. On a positive note, they definitely serve the coldest soda in town!
