Cascadia Public House

Ok. I just left. And I've gotta say. Maybe it's because I'm from the east coast, but I am TAKEN with Cascadia! What an amazing time! From start to finish this was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. We parked and walked in and sat ourselves. Shortly after sitting, an absolutely gorgeous woman by the name of Shayna came over and gave us waters. Her energy was infectious and made us feel so welcome! We told her we were a road tripping across the country and she even recommended a delicious brew from the area (the Huckleberry Pucker Shandy LOVE so that we could get a taste of Washington. I'm vegan and I was in total shock by looking at their menu and seeing how many options there...

Vegan options were phenomenal, food came very quickly (like way faster than expected), drink specials were good 4 for local craft beer), and service was phenomenal. We ordered way more food than we needed, and our waitress made sure we had extra sauce for our fries for later. Not something we can afford regularly, but we’ll definitely come back!

The atmosphere is great. They play fun loud music but you’re still able to talk to each other. Friendly staff, Tasty drinks, amazing service, GREAT FOOD. I’ve been to multiple places around town trying to find the best Mac cheese and this place IS THE WINNER. The burgers were also delicious. 10/10

Highly recommend! Came here for a family lunch and everyone’s food was bomb! Even the kids meal was above average. Their house made sauces are delicious as well. Felt like really good comfort food but elevated.
