The pizza was AMAZING! The total came to $31.45 after fees and taxes, which is a bit pricey for a pizza. However, considering the high-quality ingredients used (definitely not the standard stuff from Domino's or Pizza Hut), the generous portion, the warmth of the staff, and the overall experience, it was definitely worth it. I'm not sure when I’ll be back in Chicago again, but I will absolutely visit Casciani's next time. Thank you for making my day so much brighter! Kid-friendliness: It had a relaxed atmosphere, with no cursing or inappropriate conversations, so I would definitely bring my child here. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a small ramp at the front door for wheelchair access.
This was actually my second time going to this place. Lunchtime was hoppin' for sure, probably 70% of the tables were full (always a good sign), even with the streets torn up people are finding their way. As far as service goes, you will be handed your drink when they give your card or your change, pizza is served up right away. My buddy had the grilled chicken sandwich, took about 4 minutes to be served with a giant basket of fries. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!! I've only had the pizza but I will be consuming the breaded steak sandwich this Friday.
The food is good but when it came to ordering a refill they told me that they would charge me $50c, which seemed fine to me but the old woman who served told me that I couldn't pay the $50c with a card. It's very strange that I carry cash, I only had cash in my car but when I told him that I didn't have cash he emptied the ice that I had already put in my glass with the clean ice and he returned the empty glass to me, very bad service from the woman
Read some reviews online and decided to visit this place. First when entered very negative feeling. This place is filthy nasty like never cleaned. Ordered large peperoni pizza and large cheese pizza. 3 Italian sausage with grilled onions and peppers sandwiches. Pizza crust totally no taste. Grilled veggies on sandwiches cold. Half of the order went to garbage. Waste of money. Sorry. It was disgusting. Never again. Réservez une table maintenant
