Caseys service has gone way downhill over past several months. The night shift rarely has any pizza or food stuffs available for customer selection and when ordering food they rarely if ever answer the phone during might and evening shifts The store seems dirty and improperly stocked with merchandise. I've even been badgered by one of their recent managers as I was upset that he interrupted my transaction midway calling the cashier to speak with him I'm office for several minutes. I told him he was rude and he just acted like I didn't exist. Thank you for being reliable. The restaurant has truly come through for our community by keeping their promises and providing excellent service.
