Called to ask about pick up times (another store in town told me 30 min, I went to pick it up after 40 and was told it would be another 30 at least, so I cancelled). The guy who answered said, and I quote, “well it says 15 min, but the girl in the kitchen is on break and it’s pretty much up to her. She was supposed to be back by now, but it could be 40-45 min. I don’t know.” Don’t know what y’all are doing, but every one of your stores in town has been a dumpster fire for a few years now
We did not receive our pizza order at our office. All three employees we talked to were extremely rude. The text message we received stated that the pizza had been returned to the store and instructed us to contact them. We were accused of trying to get free pizza, even though we were just trying to resolve the issue. The staff was unprofessional, accusatory, and started yelling from the start of the conversation. They even hung up on us. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Never any food aside from pizza that looks like its been overcooked after they found it under the oven . Always out of salads . soda machine is almost always either do wn or constantly out of almost every option. Lines always ridiculously long and never seems to be enough people working. I'll never understand how this casesy stays open . Frustrating that you have to drive 20+ minutes away from Bloomington to actually get a decent Casey's and even that is hit and miss.
This was the worst Casey's I have ever been to. There were 5-6 customers waiting in line with only one cashier working, while the other 3 employees stood around gossiping. The attitudes of the staff were extremely rude and it was clear that decent customer service was not a priority for them. I was truly disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I usto go here all the time as a kid but when i went here recently late night on saturday going into sunday the dude at the register was a a douche bag and blamed everything on the girl in the back but the girl from the back that night was sweet. Not going back for a while because y'all say 24/7 but y'all be not even open sometimes when I get off work.
My girls and I went to the Casey’s because my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom. They didn’t have toilet paper. Came out of the bathroom and the manager didn’t do anything to help us and the lady next to him was just sitting there doing nothing to help! What is wrong with this world?? How did todays society become so lazy??
The fuel prices are usually higher here. The garbage is usually overflowing and don't expect to wash your windshield. If you go inside there's going to be a wait, and for the last three times I have visited there wasn't any hot food prepared.
Casey's opens and closes at their own discretion, never adhering to the stated 6:00am opening time. This inconsistency is costing them a significant amount of business from FERRERO employees. Réservez une table maintenant
They never have anything out for breakfast until like 8am but yet they open at 7am. They should have stuff out when they open there doors
