Casino Cafe Grille

The meal was mediocre. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but, for instance, the Reuben sandwich was not grilled and the fries were cold. The restaurant was understaffed, which is understandable, but the overall experience was just average. Unfortunately, I discovered today that I was charged three times on my credit card. I am waiting for a call back and have also disputed the transaction.

Horribly understaffed on NYE. Waited 2 hours for food and received only 1 drink for the whole duration of our meal which was clearly microwaved, bar tender had no idea how to make any of the “signature” drinks and all the specials were out. Not a great experience, management is very poor.

Overall I'm giving them 5 stars, BUT I really want to give them 4 stars due to the lack of waiters working on New Years eve? But the waitress WORKED HER BUTT OFF AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! SO FIVE STARS We will go back for dinner again!

It seemed like they were out of certain items, which has been a recurring issue the last few times we visited. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the service was slow.
