Ideal location, great food and unbeatable service. I am delighted to have been able to try the tasting menu. In addition, the guys who served us were very patient and attentive and explained the dishes and wines to us in a great way. My favorite part: the cheeses and desserts, that alone is worth going, everything else adds up very pleasantly and is a delight for the palate. If there was a downside, it's that I don't drink and I haven't enjoyed the pairing to the fullest, but the selection of drinks is appreciated. my favorite restaurant in spinna. by location, by service, for the quality of each of the dishes that always surprise. I'm trying to go by station once, and they're always out. simply congratulate the entire team, especially toni gerez for their attention (and their insurmountable cheese cart) and javi martinez for their mastery in kitchen, and that has so well reinterpreted the legacy of xavier sagrista. it has been a unique experience. We chose the tasting menu and we did not disappoint. the quality of the food and the execution of the dishes is amazing. special mention to the cheese cart, real madness. the atmosphere is super cozy and the service a 10, always pleasant and attentive. congratulations because we have enjoyed a lot of every step.
