First evening the monkfish was delicious so I ordered it also on my second diner there but then it must have been another cook because it was much too salty and oily and overcooked it was such a pity how the other chef was able to destroy this dish ; I hope you are lucky which chef is cooking on your night The iberian ham and cheese platter were merely good because the cheese and ham were sweating a lot on the plate I guess the kitchen is in 40 degrees working temperatures poor cooks they need to serve the cold dishes at the right temperatures of course ...

first evening the monk was delicious, so I also ordered it on my second diner there, but then it must have been another chef because it was too salty and oily and overcooked it was as bad as the other chef was able to destroy this dish; I hope they have luck that the cook will cook on their night the Iberian ham and cheese plate were only good because the cheese and ham were sweating much on the plate I think the kitchen is in 40 degrees working temperature bad cooks that they need to serve the cold dishes at the right temperatures naturally.
