I am a wheelchair user and there was no handicap parking on the first floor or the second floor it was a good thing I went with other people I had to park my van in the middle of the parking lot on the second floor get my wheelchair out and have somebody else park it if I was on a date it would not have been appropriate for me to ask my date if she can park my vehicle for me because there was no wheelchair parking ? My recent visit to a jazz club was overshadowed by a booking error and poor customer service. A mix-up in my online ticket's name led to a distressing entrance ordeal. Despite showing my ID and payment proof, the owner accused me of fraud, loudly and in front of my date, without offering an apology or solution. I had to repurchase my tickets under pressure. Attempts to resolve the issue and get a refund were met with rudeness and vague promises.On the brighter side, the music and crowd inside the club were excellent, with a fantastic jazz band making the evening enjoyable. Today, Thursday, April 25th, my wife and I went out to eat. We were among the first to order our food and bread, but after an hour, while everyone else was already enjoying their meals, we still hadn't received ours or the bread. Despite asking three times, we were left waiting. Finally, one of the waiters informed us that our order had been delivered to the wrong table. Fortunately, the bartender was kind enough to take my order and personally bring it to our table.
While they serve food, you do not go here for the food, you go for the music. Menu not varied and not very adaptable to dietary restrictions. Servers duty is to get the food to you before the show starts. That said, ok wine list and great music.

Overpriced tasteless food and drinks. No prices, and you're charged an entertainment fee. Dinner or 2 drinks per person. Nachos come with no protein. They look like chips with melted house cheese on top... Never again!
Caught Tierney Sutton and her amazing band. Had to ignore some rude people in back who had loud conversations during the music. Other than that, it was a perfect evening. Tierney Sutton is a force.
Save your money. This place is not that good. Way over rated. Food is terrible. Servers are rude and do not know how to handle a big crowd. Parking is a horrible mess .
No better place to go for live music and atmosphere. If you are a live music fanatic you will absolutely love love love this place.
