Hotel molto pulito e profumato. Centralissimo, Posizione perfetta per muoversi con a pochi metri di distanza fermata della metro. Nel cuore delle ramblas. Personale gentilissimo, tutti compresi ad eccezione di un receptionist troppo “formale” freddo e poco empatico. Non abbiamo capito cosa era possibile usufruire nella stanza …motivo per il quale forse qualcosa era incluso nel prezzo ma abbiamo evitato di utilizzare per non avere problemi considerando che al nostro arrivo l’accoglienza non è stata il massimo. Ore 12, stanze non disponibili 2 camere, 1 per noi genitori e 1 per due figli . Considerata l’ora era ovvio che la possibilità che stanza non fosse prontta e ci sta! …ma ci hanno propos...
We stayed here last week on a city break and we were asked if we'd like 2 upgrade 2 a queen room giving us a queen bed with daily fresh new water bottle, tea tray and towel bedmaking as standard . However when we returned to our room after paying for upgrade we had 2 ask for extra milk and our water wasn't renewed as payed for . We actually purchased our own milk from local supermarket and had to on a few occasions request for fresh water bottle to be brought to our room even though this was meant to be replaced daily??
Lovely hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Only downside is bar doesn’t open until 7 pm and closes at 10.30. However, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity
Excelente ubicación. Habitación muy cómoda. Desayuno inmejorable. Muy atento Sebastián, el conserje, que nos resolvió y ayudó durante nuestra estadía. Felicitaciones!

Increíble estar en plena rambla, cerrar las ventanas y no escuchar absolutamente NADA. Me gustó mucho porque tiene terracita en la habitación. Muy buena ubicación.
Servicio genial y gente muy amable Ruben fue el recepcionista que nos atendió y la verdad que un chico muy atento ,servicial
Very clean. Good towels. Close to the construction of La Rambla. But also the shops. Would stay again.
