I don't usually put negative things, because I'm not usually very demanding and I'm quite conformist, but I think that a hotel with characteristics like this, changing some, could have great potential. On the positive side: the location, the pool and the outdoor space (if you have small children and want them to play, if you are an adult and you want peace, better not), the friendliness at reception. To improve: mainly, the heat was terrible. There is no air conditioning or fan in the rooms, and if we slept with the window open it was still quite hot, and besides there was a lot of noise (from the first hour the trains that passed next to the room and the creatures that played in the pool). A very familiar hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. Ideal both for families with small children and for people who want to spend a few quiet days in the Pyrenees. The rooms are new, tastefully decorated and the food is homemade and they always have alternatives for everyone, which is why most of the people we have met at the hotel have returned several years. A very good experience where we mostly stay with the human team. Very willing and friendly. Near train and center. The pool is a very quiet space and well prepared for children to enjoy (spring bed, small basketball court,... . In addition, with a familiar theme that we had, they behaved like a fable.
