One of my favorite aspects of this place is how accurately the drink descriptions reflect the actual flavors. In each specialty drink I've tried, I've been able to taste every ingredient listed on the menu, with none of them overshadowing the others. The staff is clearly skilled and knowledgeable. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable—$4.25 for such a delightful and high-quality coffee is definitely worth it in my opinion. I also recommend trying their cookies when they have them available! This spot is ideal for finishing up work, catching up with friends, or studying for exams.
This establishment boasts a wonderful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for studying or holding meetings, especially since they have extended hours. However, the coffee leaves something to be desired; it's quite weak and has a nutty taste that doesn't appeal to everyone. Additionally, the service tends to be quite slow. Each time I visit, it seems like a different staff member is on duty, which makes me wonder if they have difficulty retaining employees. If only they could keep more experienced team members around, the service would likely improve significantly.
Starbucks could never... I've been going here for more than five years and I don't even live in the town any more! Catawba coffee opened in one spot on main street and has since been able to move to a larger spot around the corner. The atmosphere is charming and cozy. The service is always polite and prompt. The drinks are creative and delicious! To top it off, the owner is such a sweetheart, I'm always touched when I come home for the holidays and she still remembers me. Go for the coffee, the culture, all of it!
My wife and I had been wanting to try this restaurant, which is just a five-minute drive from our home in beautiful Mt. Holly. I ordered the crème brûlée frappe, while my wife chose the banana bread frappe. We also shared a chocolate cheesecake muffin. The barista made the coffees fresh right in front of us. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff was both friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
The staff was incredibly friendly and grateful! They expressed their appreciation for us choosing their coffee shop. This establishment has a strong sense of freedom and a welcoming atmosphere. Their coffee is excellent as well, particularly the Banana Bread specialty drink!
