No doubt Cava is my favorite fast food spot. Healthy and delicious! But this review is not just about the delicious food at Cava, it’s about the top notch customer service there. I don’t write many reviews but I feel one is necessary in this case. I wasn’t in the greatest mood and decided to treat myself to my favorite food spot. I walked in and got service with a smile. LIZ instantaneously greeted me and changed my entire mood with her kindness and her smile. She provided the most exceptional customer service. You do not find this type of customer service these days, especially not in a fast food location. I don’t know if her boss is reading thisbut let me tell youYou have such a gem! Give that girl extra cash cuz great food may get you customers but great customer service keeps them coming. Thank you for making my day, Liz!
Th food was overall ok. Except for the Pita chips. I waited 10 minutes for them when they were literally sitting on a shelf. I could see them put them on the shelf after the woman at the register asked for some. Then she asked a second time and no one moved. This location has so many workers and they are all crowded behind the counter being disorganized and inefficient. The pita chips were not crispy and were very chewy. Not chips at all really. Overall I would come back to this location.
Great location and food! Sometimes the place feels a bit chaotic/disorganized, but it doesn't take away from the atmosphere too much. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
