Cava is always great. The staff are friendly and if there’s ever a problem with your order, they immediately correct it and even offer something free, like a small drink or a completely new meal, while letting you keep the incorrect order. I believe more restaurants should adopt this approach instead of taking back incorrect orders to throw away, which is very wasteful. The food at Cava is consistently fresh and delicious, and I appreciate the variety of customization options available on their menu.
I witnessed a worker drop a large frozen plastic bag of meat into a boiling pot of water, and that was enough for me. I was disappointed but not surprised; I'm aware that this is often the case in fast food establishments. However, these companies will eventually need to address the issue of microplastic contamination, as it is gradually making us unwell. The reality is that much of the food we consume is tainted with phthalates.
A huge thank you to Cara for being absolutely amazing! She has always been incredibly kind and patient with me. I visit about three times a week, and she never fails to brighten my day. I really appreciate the generous portions she serves. Cava has the best food, and I can't get enough of it. Thanks again, Cara!

Everything was excellent! The people working there are very friendly and great service. Especially Jessica she was intended, patient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
I dine here for dinner a few times a week and always enjoy it. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is wonderful—especially Cara.
So delicious! Fresh with loads of flavors and plenty of nutritious vegetables. The employees were patient and helpful too. Can't wait to eat here again.
The food was good, but they didn’t provide any utensils, and they forgot our pita bread. My girlfriend and I had to share a fork from a previous order.
