Cavalier Fryer - Réserver une table

I've been buying here for the best part of 20 years on and off. Reading recent reviews about the chips being so poor.. Unfortunately it's accurate. Perhaps they've starting using cheaper potatoes, which aren't meant to be used for chips, either way the chips aren't what you'd expect from a chip shop, I had to check they weren't oven chips, but they do have bags of potatoes in the back that you can see. Something is completely wrong. I always get on well with the staff. In years gone by I would have rated 5* in an instant, as the food used to be excellent. First Chinese from here in quite a while, it was very very good indeed. Highly recommended.
