We had a wonderful time on our date night. Our server was, as always, very polite and professional. We loved the ambiance with a view of the river and the soothing background music from the piano player. Both my wife and I started with a drink, followed by the wedge salad and perfectly prepared filets. Despite being attached to a casino, once you're in the restaurant, you wouldn’t even know it’s there. We truly believe that our dining experience at Cavanaugh’s is worth every penny, and we will continue to return for our special occasions.
my man and I celebrated our jubilee here. excellent service, window seat. I had crabcake from the appetizer menu with an salad and it was a lot of eating delicious! my man had a very tasty filet mignon and the best baked kartoffel he ever had! we were surprised with a beautiful free dessert for our jubilee celebration. very recommended for a special occasion.
It was our first visit, and everything was amazing! Our server was polite, professional and on top of everything. The food was delicious, from main courses to side dishes and desserts. It is a bit pricy, but the experience is worth it for any occasion. Our entire party looks forward to making a return very soon!
Friday night is apparently not a good night to go. The piano bar was loud. The food was bland and not all that warm. We don't send food back so we asked for take out boxes. The staff however, was phenomenal.

Everything was great. We all had steaks and they were cooked perfectly. Biggest Caesar Salad I have seen. The Poke appetizer was excellent. Andre our waiter was also great. This place is always good.
Excellent food and great service! Shrimp cocktail, ribeye, and crème brûlée were outstanding and cooked perfectly!
The waitress was very friendly and provided thorough explanations. The steak and salmon were both incredible.
Always have a great experience at Cavanaugh's. Food cooked to perfection. Service outstanding.
