Been a loyal customer since they had their shop in glen Waverley. Food has always been great over the last few years when they opened in pinewood, and we come regularly at least 3-4 times a year.Today is my last day I will go there unfortunately, the waiter took our order, we ordered many dishes between 2 people, one of which was the cave salt chicken and red cave salt. Bespoke Korean kimchi stew is a must-try! We always order the pork tofu stone stew and like to add a noodle to it while it cooks. It pairs perfectly with their fried chicken. One of the best parts is when we finish all the ingredients in the stew and add a bowl of rice to the remaining broth to create a delicious porridge. We first learned about this dish at her restaurant in Glen Waverley, which was just as delightful as the cheerful and funny nature of the owner's daughter. Prices are a highlight, so cheap and affordable as opposed to other chains. Keeping in mind the chicken pieces are much smaller than other places, the seasoning makes up for that! The korean stew was decent also, however I didn't like the kimchi pancake; too soggy for my liking. Food did come out quickly, but we kept having to ask for basic utensils, like bowls, cups and even the menu.

Been going here gorb6 years and never been let down.I think they have calmed their spice level tho which I'm not happy about but it's still somewhat spicy just could be more. Absolutely delicious! The fried chicken and corn cheese are to die for. The customer service is excellent, and the staff and owners are wonderfully friendly and courteous. It's definitely worth the half-hour drive — I've been back three times since my first visit!

We thoroughly enjoy their Korean Chicken with sweet lava sauce. It’s not your normal full crumbed deep fried chicken but its texture and flavour are perfect for our liking. Highly recommend to anyone craving quality Korean style chicken!

I had dinner with my colleagues, and we all loved it! The staff were friendly and extremely courteous. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the soup and stew. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others!
