My sisters and I was seated on what we called the porch, it’s the part of the restaurant that has tent type of thing going on, it was pretty chilly today, another group of people came in and requested to have it opened, which made it really cold . Also brought in flies the waitress gave horrible customer service the ribs I ordered where fair but the coleslaw was horrible and the lobster bisque, had no lobster in it smh while waiting on the waitress to come back so I could get a to go box two flies landed on my food when the waitress finally came back I told her and the look she gave was as if she didn’t care so we requested for the manger because not only was my experience unpleasant but a f...
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The response time for our group was extremely slow. Our waitress was unfriendly, and the overall service was lacking. I ordered a burger cooked medium well, but it arrived well done, and I couldn't bring myself to eat it. The waitress had a poor attitude, especially when we asked to speak with the manager. Although the manager came over, the situation was not resolved. Additionally, the receipts for everyone in our group had discrepancies, except for mine. I found this experience to be quite disappointing, and I have no plans to return. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We sat in a secluded corner away from the hustle and bustle, it was a perfect setting. Firecracker Shrimp was out of this world, would highly recommend! Prime Ribeye was melt in your mouth with great whipped potatoes and Cedar Plank Salmon was delicious. To finish the night off we had Chef Dave’ Famous Apple Crisp! It’s a fall menu special so I would definitely get there while you can! Chef Dave even hand delivered it and check in on our table throughout the night. It’s great that he goes out of the way for guest! Definitely will be back!
Mike was our server, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Even though the restaurant was packed, the service remained efficient. Both the pork chop and the filet were outstanding. Dan, the manager, was also fantastic and a pleasure to talk to; he checked on us several times, which demonstrated that the management genuinely cares about their guests. Very impressive! Very upscale intimate setting. Always busy on Friday nights, however service is great. Food is always delicious and the cocktails are second to none. Parking: Because several restaurants and stores share the parking lot, depending on the time of day it can be difficult to find a space. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
I had a lovely lunch with some long-time girlfriends I hadn't seen in a while. Our server, Derek, was fantastic! He was attentive without being intrusive, maintaining a perfect balance. His professionalism contributed to our enjoyment of the meal. The food was delicious, and we all had a wonderful time together.
This restaurant is excellent! It's a breath of fresh air to visit a place where the staff truly understands and cares about the menu. For lunch, I found the prices to be around $20–30 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5.
