So I debated how best to write this review. The short review is: don 't go here within an hour of closing. They can 't offer you the menu even if you already ordered it. The long story sat us at 7:50, told us at 8:05 we had one minute to order bcuz they close at 8:30 (literally they said that. I will give you up to one minute). We chose and ordered. Then we 're told no bread cuz we close at 8:30. It was 8:10. Ok. Then came back and said no potatoes. Cuz we close at 8:30. So a piece of fish and asparagus. Don 't like asparagus (which is fine if the potatoes come with it as advertised) and no other vegetables available. Guess why? You got it. Close at 8:30. Ask if they can just do a small side of pasta with the fish. Nope. Cuz...You know. We canceled our order, paid for the beer my husband had not one sip of (that was classy of them), then we laughed as another table was seated and ordered pasta and they took the order. This place might be great but we won 't ever know cuz... they close at 8:30.
Had the burrata which had no flavor, the veal was the toughest veal I had in my life. Yeah it’s homemade (that’s their whole schtick) but what’s the point if it tastes bad. Ruined my anniversary dinner. PS. The bread was tough, if they made it, it was under proved, if they bought it, they need better vendors. This is a cheap amateur place pretending to be exclusive and fancy. Food: 1
