Two favorite meus in Niterói. I love Atmosfera/ambiente do Celina, sempre muito agradável e sem esea confusão. Um place mais quiet, e bem mais devagar... vá com tempo. To food and landlord, and tudo que eu experimentei eu adorei. I recommend começar com o caldo de fruits do mar (melhor de Niterói) e pastéis de camarão e siri. Os pratos são muito bem served, and recommend as refeição principal o filé de peixe com molho de camarão ou o bobó de camarão. Já visitei or Celina 4x, and sempre to food is impeccable.
