For my last night in Spain I wanted something a bit more substantial than tapas or pizza. I opted for a wok dish calamari in peanut sauce with noodles. They were generous with the calamari and it was cooked to perfection, but scant with...the sauce and other vegetables. Serving was a good size, just lacked enough ingredients. Finished with a delicious tangerine sorbet what it lacked in presentation it made up for in taste Be aware there is a 10% surcharge on your meal if you eat outside (why which I was not informed about, and since I'd added up my meal total to use up what euros I had left in cash, I was short 30c. Their problem, not mine. Other than that, the service and meal were fine.
after a busy day with train delays I arrived in my hotel tired and hungry. not the best part of barcelona, but perfect for the airport morning. the receptor has directed me towards a bar where I could get a...burger. what a beautiful surprise. this is a very nice restaurant with good eating too very cheap trips. as an older woman I had interesting experiences that eat alone, from invisibleness to hostility and much in between. not here. the personal is attentive and efficient. the menu varied and my food was perfectly cooked, also with a large group to conten with as well as a series of other customers. very happy with my visit and no hesitate to recommend this place.
and in good sense. If the ona nuit is an indispensable restaurant, the gastrobar cèntric is at your height, I can only say that your meal is exquisite and its magnificent service, that exude a cultural center that we already want in many other places besides that there is a lot of movement of concerts and type culture, with which it is great both for dinner and to take something very recommended.
