Centurion New York

Here’s my review of Centurion New York: The view is absolutely breathtaking. The food was okay but didn’t quite meet my expectations—my scallops with wild rice were tasty and cooked to perfection, but only three scallops for $48 seemed overpriced. My wife didn’t care for her spicy Korean tuna, and the Caesar salad was one of the worst I’ve had. Given Daniel Boulud’s involvement, it was somewhat disappointing. The atmosphere also missed the mark; despite a dress code, many guests came in casual clothes like t-shirts, shorts, sneakers, and baseball caps, which felt out of place.
