We did prebook this restaurant which was just as well, it is extremely popular and with good reason. Friendly staff who were attentive and well versed on the menu and its complexities, a great selection of wines both local and from overseas, the menu is quite comprehensive and there would be something to suit most tastes. The food was delicious I chose the special which was house made ravioli with a sage butter and my husband chose the chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto. The bruschetta was tasty as was the dessert of cannoli filled with ricotta and pistachio with a lemon syrup. Would highly recommend this establishment and the fact that it was fully booked is testament to its popularity.
Thank you to the team at Ceres for hosting my beautiful baby shower. The Next Level venue was warm and inviting, impressing all of the guests. The beautiful decor meant that minimum decorating was required for it be be very special. Great finger food and coffee enjoyed by all guests.Very comfortable, classy place for a function.Thank guys. (Unfortunately the pictures were taken by a 9 and 11 year old, so aren't the best).
The actual pasta was delicious and homemade. The flavours just weren't there though. Beef veal and pork ragu was especially disappointing with what seemed like a sauasage meet was used instead of ragu. And the tagliatelle vongole lacked flavour. Although the entre calamari was delicious. Lovely friendly staff. Would recommend a visit still as it has the potential to be delicious.

We ate here on Friday night so a bit surprised there were not more patrons, it was about half full. Delightful service and helpful but not obsequious. Quite quick and good food, the empahsis on gnocchi which is the house speciality. I had wagyu which although tasty might not have been waghu!!
We had a pleasant Sunday lunch in Echuca at Ceres. The menu is Italian inspired - pastas, etc - and I had an excellent chicken schnitzel with chips & salad, Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough NZ, followed by delicious coffee and avSicilian lemon cake with pistachio gelato.
The service and food take us back each time we visit Echuca , I am hooked on their gnocci with pork and beef ragu ,the little pillows are delicate and melt in your mouth..my husbands Tagliatelle with with meat balls also was rave worthy ...
We had a lovely lunch as we just walked in off the street. The wait staff were great, the food was lovely and the service was very quick on such a big weekend of the blues Festival.
