This is a fantastic bar and cafe located in the center of this old town. Perfect for a snack or meal on the way to the waterfalls (fonts of Algir) or to Guadalest. Market mornings in Callosa are good on Saturdays or Monday mornings followed by coffee and toasted baguettes in this popular cafe. Centro really is a hidden treasure of a bar/cafe with the most friendly of staff Juan speaks excellent English and Valentine makes food that looks as good as it tastes. Very reasonably priced I enjoyed Spanish omlette on toast with salad and fresh tomatoes plus freshly squeesed orange juice. The crisp white wine is highly recommended too after exploring the walled town and imagining the days of donkeys...
