I am very surprised to see the low ratings for this restaurant. Some people must be very hard to please! We have dined there a few times, normally at weekends when it can be extremely busy. This visit was on a weekday afternoon, with young children. The food was very tasty, well cooked and appealing to the eye. The service was friendly and efficient. This is not a fast food restaurant, it is an authentic burger bar with burgers cooked from scratch. If you are a burger lover accompanied by a good beer and someday you want to pay a good homage, there is no better place than this. there are many different types, but good comes by choosing a menu where you can order a burger of up to 1 kg of pure meat. in the picture, the 400gr, so you can have the idea of how the other one will be. the attention was great, always with a smile and very kind, and the ratio quality/price/cantity is 10. a place to repeat sometimes.
Underwhelmed by our visit! Unfortunately service leaves a lot to be desired, Not sure whether it is because the staff are under pressure but they are slow to respond to the simplest of requests and come across as unfriendly and uncaring. Food was acceptable but standard at best. The rooftop is nice but going on the service and quality of food I would not recommend. There are far better restuarants to choose from in Madrid.
