we actually found this restaurant over google (very tripadvisor) and noticed that it had clearly won some local/regional gastronomy prizes. we were looking for a stop on the way to cuenca and it is easy to find only on the autobahn a3. we thought it would be good to book ahead, and were right, we had the last table and saw that some people were turned away. apparently popular with a good call and we found it well deserved! we had a wonderful salatstarter and gaspatcho. followed by entrcote for me and sardines for joëlle. she said they were the best sardines she had praised in a long time. for me the derocote was quite good, cooked as desired and delicious. the menu is of course Spanish and i...

We had been very well talked and we decided to go today. we love gastronomic tourism and get to know new sites and, we've been very happy. We booked the web and the confirmation was super fast. table for two, today local Friday not very full, fantastic attention, and very fast service. We were looking forward to trying the bull's tail and didn't disappoint. from second a rice with bogavante, ox that surprised me for its sweet flavor that was very good. They gave us a ration for the two and perfect. dessert, the delicious cookie cake and, the coffee, what is fundamental to finish a good meal, perfect. Without a doubt, we will repeat to continue tasting dishes from the menu.

We had tried several times to eat there without luck, but this time it could be (with reservation). large dining room with terrace, friendly atmosphere, family, very attentive service. specialties are the dishes of spoon and meats in the oven (cochinillo and bleach). We eat very well for less than 35€ per person. unbelievable the Valencian puchero and the seven-water pot, the pumpkin pie and the homemade flan. the recent bread made a whole detail. We don't understand why it doesn't appear in the michelin script. It's worth the deviation, we'll be back.
