Usually the service is great, I come and the food is ready. The last two times have bees very different. After ordering via the phone I was told it would be 25-30 min ready for food. Arrival at the restaurant 30 minutes later and food was not ready. They said it was a few minutes, okay, no problem. He waited 30 minutes outside the restaurant when the order was finished. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, especially negative ones. However, I feel compelled to share my experience. The food here is outstanding, but the service leaves much to be desired. We waited an astonishing hour and 45 minutes for our meal—no exaggeration! I wish I could say it was a fluke, but this seems to be a pattern. Restaurants should know when their busiest times are, like Friday nights or holidays. So why not hire extra staff during those peak periods? It's incredibly frustrating, especially since this is my wife's favorite spot. We often find that ordering on holidays, like Mother's Day, can lead to waits of up to two hours. Seriously horrible. They were having a dispute with previous customer, that should've been our clue to turn around and leave.Firstly, when you enter , it's like they don't want you there. You have to call them to come take order.Secondly the (I'm assuming) old man owner is super rude and he does not want you there. His reply to question I don't know!!!We ordered two dishes. Food was really good but service was absolutely terrible. We were there an hour before closing and ordered five sushi rolls that were finished within 15 minutes. After finishing we were considering ordering more sushi but as we were looking at the menu the waiter gave us the check. Our friend ordered takeout previously and while waiting the waiter came to let us know they were closing for the third time. We left 30 minutes before closing. Jade Asian more like jaded asian.

Overall, the food was quite mediocre. The Hunan beef was just okay—not terrible, but certainly not impressive. I found the sauce to have a strong cornstarch flavor, and it wasn't very spicy at all. The egg roll was excessively greasy, and the sushi was served at room temperature. The pork fried rice also left a lot to be desired.
My friend and I ordered the love boat sushi platter to celebrate his birthday during quarantine! There was an abundance of sushi and we were both completely satisfied. He really enjoyed it! Although it was on the pricier side, it was definitely worth it considering the generous portion we received.
Food might be amazing, but I'll never know. Sat in there for 15 minutes being ignored in an empty dining room. Wouldn't have even waited that long normally, but our normal spot was closed for Chinese new year. 0 out of 10 on the service.
I'd give Jade Asian 14 stars if it was possible. Being vegan/vegetarian take-out can tricky. Between the tofu dishes, and sushi, there's a good amount of options, and the food is incredibly good.I highly recommend the green curry tofu.
