The service they provide is amazing and I am a regular customer. However they need better takeaway cups with a more of a grip on the lids. As I was driving I lifted the cup out of the holder and the lid came off. The hot tea spilled out of the lid and it was all over my hand and all on the cockpit of my car. It’s unbelievable the damage it’s caused. I am very cross as I write this review.
I was impressed with the young staff at this restaurant who are always busy but still provide excellent customer service, even in difficult weather conditions. Despite the long wait, their interaction with customers is on point. It's worth it to see how well they handle the crowd, especially considering the challenges of serving customers in today's era.
So, I visited around 9 today, and ordered 3 samosa chaats, can I just say, the portion sizes are absolutely AMAZING. I’m a regular customer at the broadway branch, and I was so pleasantly surprised as the portions there were less than half of what they are here! The box was literally full! Amazing service, kind staff!
