"Servers are really nice and the service is amazing but unfortunately, we did not enjoy the food. Very small, quaint place. They don't let you have more than 4 people with you and there is no to go orders unless you pack up what you ordered. Pretty pricey for the food you get. The drinks are also pretty costly. There is not a big selection of food to choose from. There is no big sign to tell you where they are, you have to look for it on the door decals."

I am very particular when it comes to Japanese food. After living and working in Japan for many years, I am always searching for authentic Japanese cuisine. My experiences at Chacha were a mixed bag. The highlights: The ramen was excellent. We tried the traditional tonkotsu ramen and the seafood ramen, both of which were delicious. While the noodles were standard, the flavorful broths stood out. I would definitely return for the ramen. The takoyaki was also tasty, though it seemed to be frozen and reheated due to the uniformity of the balls. Nevertheless, they reminded me of Japan, topped with katsuobushi, kyupi, and a teriyaki or katsu sauce. I would order them again. On the downside: Avoid...

This restaurant is not the same as it used to be. I'm not sure if the original owners have left. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and was disappointed. The broth was watery and the eggs were overcooked instead of soft boiled. Overcooked eggs in ramen are just as bad as being served overcooked steak at a fine restaurant. The cha shu (pork slices) were thin and looked more like dog treats than the thick and decent slices I remember. I even ordered an extra slice of pork for $1.50 and immediately regretted it. This used to be the place where I first tried authentic ramen and loved it, but now it's a shadow of its former self. I'm sure some people may still enjoy this place, but it's a definite pass...

New Update I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen which I have ordered in the past. This time I was very disappointed. The prices have gotten more expensive and quality and portion size has gone down. Barely any protein, not enough broth so when they put the chili oil it over powered everything. The noodles were good though. However after I ate it I was still hungry... I haven't been here in awhile This use to be a go to place for me. I'm glad they updated the menu Glad they were playing Anime on their TV I love when goin to an Asian restaurant to see something good Asian playing or music. The food was good however disappointed that their Kimchi is store bought and was priced for 4 bucks. Server I fel...

Cha Cha Cha offers a vegan / vegetarian menu in addition to its main menu, so you can go with non vegan friends. I go to a Tofu yakko appetizer (which I save for the rams), a miso-Ramen with kale noodles, add corn and minced garlic. My Yakko-Hacker I flattered bites of the cold yakko tofu with bargain ginger with my smoker spoon in the area of soup with the mud of minced garlic. It really makes the ginger taste pop in the yakko. I also like that I love something on the side. I would give it 5 stars, but HC borders on 4 due to the non vegan options. Updated by previous rating on 2022 11 07
