Cha-Ya Vegetarian Japanese

Ive been eating at Cha-Ya for many years Dengaku is one of my favorite dishes. Delicious sweet and savory miso sauce. But I thought I remembered They used to make it with fresh tofu not deep fried. I preferred it that way. The curry rice Has a delicious Japanese curry sauce. I wish it had three times as many vegetables and 1/3 as much rice.

Obsessed with the freshness and quality of their food. How do they do it? Goma Ae sauce is addicting. You honestly can go wrong here, everything has been consistently delicious, even the vegan chocolate cake.

Love love love Cha-ya. Its so hard to find delicious vegan and GF food... Cha-ya always hits the spot. My go to are curry noodle soup, moon garden, vegan roll... today trying eggplant dengaku.

Fresh avocado rolls, good miso and of course the cha ya roll are all fantastic. the fresh quality ingredients are what make me keep coming back
