Ordered their new drink and ask for less ice. Told me that the amount of drink will be less since there will be less ice. So I opted in for the same drink but hot (it was one of the options in the board) which was .50 extra. When my husband got the drink it was half way full. But why would I pay extra if they would still put less drink, and why is hot even an option if they don 't really serve it in full cup ?!I have the impression that it would only be less if I opted in for Iced one and ask for less Ice. I paid for 6 10oz coffee?! I should have taken a picture of it but I was so pissed off and left the drink in the store. Just for example. Caramel macchiato in Starbucks whether you buy it...
My friend recommended this place to me and brought me here with her. She recommended the tarp milk tea and boy was it delicious. Since it is not full menu, the amount of food was limited but whatever was available was delicious enough. I highly recommend the tarp milk tea, it is rich and flavorful. The sugar in it cannot be reduced so keep that in mind when you come here. I have been back many times since my first visit and I will keep going back for more.
I've been going to this Cha2o mini location since I was going to Cypress College for my pre-requisites at the time. Hasn't really changed one bit. The popcorn chicken and fries are still very flavorful and tasty, drinks still refreshing and enjoyable. Parking is still very tight. You may need to find parking in the neighborhood due to the limited amount of parking spaces.
Went back. This time at 11. Went to order a drink and popcorn chicken and they told me boba wouldn't be ready for another hour and they didn't even have the register open. Like honestly this business is disgraceful and I can't believe the difference in this store from the Fullerton. Whatever you do please don't waste your time or money driving to this location

I visited this restaurant three different times throughout the day, but each time they were out of stock on multiple items, including popcorn chicken. It was quite disappointing to see so many sticky notes indicating unavailable menu items.
The location is fairly average and can feel a bit quiet at times. It might be a suitable spot if you're looking for a place to study. I’ll give it another try, but I'm disappointed that the Fullerton location has closed.
Awesome and Quick, My Cashier very polite his name is Sonnee he served me and have a great Attitude! Overall place and Atmosphere great just to take for a Date/or even study.
The employees are exceptionally friendly, and the food is amazing—especially the popcorn chicken, which is out of this world!
