This place was great but it has gone severely downhill. Maybe they should concentrate on their existing restaurants instead of opening new locations. Quality and consistency of food has continued to diminish. Last time my favorite app, the baked clams were tough and overcooked. Tonight my $42 filet was warm not hot and the mashed potatoes were cold. When I sent it back, with the waiter who served it (not our waiter), he got annoyed. A $42 dinner should be hot and cooked properly. After what seemed an inordinate amount of time, the steak was returned with luke-warm, not hot, potatoes. The steak itself was reheated, and no demiglace on the second plate. I watched the food runner walk the entir...
I rarely review restaurants, but my husband and I both enjoyed our meals here. We were passing through on a road trip and picked it off the GPS. Lucky us! The fig salad and eggplant parm were both perfect. It's hard to find good eggplant parm. So good! Not overly breaded and cooked to perfection. My husband had a burger and fries and was really happy with the burger. Our only complaint was the large amount of flies by our window that kept buzzing our heads. Probably a seasonal thing. The couple at the bar couldn't finish their pretzel. Next time I visit the area I'm definitely getting that.
This was a pleasant find after visiting Longwood gardens. Great food , friendly service and delicious food! Nice price also. Ruth our waitress was cheerful,friendly and professional thank you! Our US relatives brought us here for a lovely evening meal. The food and vibe was fantastic and the waiting staff deserve a particular mention for managing us rather excitable bluster of visiting Brits in a most welcoming, professional and patient manner a delight!
