Chagford Inn - Réservation de table

Had lunch here with my wife. Young lady serving was excellent and very attentive. Best burger I’ve ever had bar none. Wife’s Venison was “melt in mouth good”, and the wines were top notch. With starter, £62 for lunch. Absolute steal for food of this quality with great service. This is on our list of revisits to do. Thanks to you all. Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

I waited a long time for an average meal. One of the staff members was extremely rude, although the experience was somewhat redeemed by a very nice waitress who seemed a bit embarrassed by the whole situation. I’m unlikely to recommend this place. The food and drinks were just average.

After I tried unsuccessfully to find a pub that makes a good Sunday roast, I am my area of devon, I came across the chagford inn. absolutely amazing bark meat with exceptional vegetables served in a beautifully decorated room. drive from south devon

Wonderful food, well cooked with lots of interesting flavours. From the outside it is very unassuming but I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to eat. Service: 5 Location: 5 Réservez une table maintenant

The food was terrible and not worth the high price; it was a major letdown. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 3, and the location a 3.
