Wir hatten für heute einen Tisch im Stübli reserviert extra zum Käsfondue essen.Die Bestellung wurde abgelehnt vom Chef weil der Geruch andere Besucher stören konnte. Er hatte uns angeboten draussen zu essen was wir abgelehnt haben weil es zu kalt war.Wir haben uns dann für andere Gerichte im Stübli entschieden.Ca. eine halbe Stunde später hat ein Paar Käsfondue im Stübli gegessen. Horrendous Customer Service Experience Do Not Visit My partner is celiac and we disclosed to the waitress Anna 3 times about the gluten issue and she let us order a dish with gluten in. We also requested rice which is gluten free but did not receive this. Then had the chef tell us we still had to pay for a dish and would not get another dish free of charge. The waitress was then rude to us repeatedly calling my partner a liar when other tables saw and shook their heads in disapproval. They eventually took the dish off the bill but quite frankly spoiled our whole experience on our first night in a beautiful town. Since we were at Interlaken decided to try this restaurant as it had traditional Swiss food. We decided to try the Raclette with egg and potato, also had the Fondue with potatoes, pickled cucumber and pickled onions with bread and a salad. The waitress who served us was friendly and gave us information such as the special of the day and then took down our order. We enjoyed our meal and it was nicer than we expected and were glad that we had the Fondue and Raclette. If you have a chance would advise to try this restaurant especially the Fondue and Raclette and decide for yourself whether it is worthwhile or not.
Ein etwas bewölkter Sonntag anfangs November, wir kamen vom Harder Kulm runter und wollten noch irgendwo etwas zu Mittag essen. Da sind wir quasi an das Chalet Beizli raufgelaufen und haben uns spontan dafür entschieden. Das Cordon Bleu ist gemäss meiner Begleitung super (mit Serano-Schinken), zudem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mein Gemüseteller war ebenfalls sehr gut: Fünf verschiedene Gemüse plus Ratatouille plus Spiegelei und Kroketten. Zudem mal ein Restaurant, das gutes und frisches Brot serviert. Weiter so.

Great traditional Swiss restaurant with good service and lovely food. The first night I had pork with mushroom sauce and noodles, and my husband had pork cordon Bleu- both dishes were excellent. We went back the next night and had cheese fondue with bread, potatoes and pickled veges.
We were enjoying our first time eating fondu here based on a lot of good recommendations on google. Everything was fine until we found a mold on the bread. They offered us new bread or coffee but we already finished our meal and still paid full price.
One of the best meals I've ever had! The waitress became our friend (also from Brazil) and the owner was cordial and friendly, asking us about our food and experience. Looking forward to visiting it again.
Wir hielten dort nach einer Wanderung an und das R sti, das ich hatte, war sehr gut und meine Freunde Burger auch. Sie waren sehr freundlich und der Service war gut. Ich würde wieder dort hin gehen

My main dish was slices of Calf’s liver, was very tasty. The salad was also good. There are terrace seats. Nice place. The waitress was kind.
