Not happy. I called at 6 pm and asked to have my food cooked fresh to order. I ordered chicken for me and a tenderloin for spouse. When I went to pick up 10 min later, food was sitting in case in carryout box and not cooked fresh. Plus, no tenderloins so no food for hubby. I asked for chicken for him as plenty more in case. No carry out menus again. I have asked for them everytime I go. Always out. It was $15 for 2 dark meat snack meals with 2 extra chicken wings. No way to see if charged too much as no receipt given to me. Food not as good as it used to be. New employee took order so that's who got blamed. I was offered 2 free drinks, but declined as drinks were at home.
We went to the Socorro NM location. The customer service was non existent. The girl was more interested in talking to her boyfriend than serving us. We were in there for over 15 minutes. Then she didn't even put on gloves to serve the food. We finally got our food and my girlfriend and I both ended up getting sick shortly after. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Will never eat there again.
Chicken was pretty good. However the poor employees weren't trained on how to make the chicken sandwich. Seems like the owner/manager are slacking and need to run their business rather than responding to reviews with trite, empty, pre-packaged responses.
Sandwiches being prepared right next to the trash flies all over the food while preparing a side dish for a customer absolutely horrible meal prep procedures not to mention the chicken looked like it should've been replaced hours before

We already have numerous chicken based restaurants in North Minneapolis and this one was a like a breath of fresh air. Customer service is key and Erica didn't miss a beat! And it didn't hurt that the fish was
The atmosphere was very welcoming. They had very knowledgeable staff and they were very helpful. The food was amazing I would reccomend Champs Chicken to anyone
Foods hardly ever fresh not the cleanest place but the food taste pretty good. Apparently not open when they say there open
