After I was promised an hour delivery time after ordering online, called them and they said the driver would be here soon. An hour and 30 minutes later, still haven't received our pizza. Called the store and talked to 2 different people and was hung up by the 2nd person I talked too. If it was going to be over an hour, please let us know. Plus how rude to hang up on me!!After over an hour and 30 minutes, pizza was cold. Will never order from this place again. Always loved this place, but after tonight, never again!
Disappointed thought they had seating like Maplegrove. Then they took 35 minutes to make our order. After we left and were driving home, we realized they had not charged us. Called back as in good consciousness, I could not pay! They didn't even say thanks for the honesty. Much less offer a small discount. We won't be back. The bench in the window had been repaired with tape that stuck to my shorts and ruined them. ?
When you join the VIP club you get a coupon for a 12 inch chanti sticks free but when did you get the coupon? It does not say online only redeemable I tried to show up at the one in Fridley and they said they can’t honor the coupon. Their system doesn’t allow them to enter the number. Very disappointed it needs to be made better where their system can actually honor coupons.
Mixed review. Ease of ordering a 5, delivery faster then they estimated 5, temp of food Hot! The pizza was chewy like old cheese chewy. Pepperoni was chewy, crust under baked. Meatball dip was just ick. They were Mushy. The sauce tasted like someone dumped sugar in it.Was so disappointed as I have heard good things.But to spend $26.00 for it to go into garbage. Not again.

Came in from out of state for a soccer weekend. We looked for a good place between the fields and hotel. Was expecting to dine in, but was worth the wait! We will go out of our way if in the mood for pizza when back in the cities! The staff was kind and gave us a great pie! Also helped that when we got there, some regulars in the parking lot recommended this.
We always get Delivery, we live in Columbia Heights, The Pizza is always Hot! Thoroughly cooked! Nice thin crispy crust, never burnt, always made perfect the to the way we like it!! It is absolutely Delicious! Oh and its never greasy!!!!!!!! We Love Chanticlear Pizza!
First and maybe last time. Got there when they told me pizza would be ready and I waited another 15 minutes. Also, they never giving me the dipping (pizza) sauce with my breadsticks. Pizza isnt bad, just didnt appreciate them forgetting and item and the extra wait.
Service is always helpful and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious! This is our number one pizza joint in the cities. The affordable prices are the icing on the cake....or should I say pie??

Menu prices are not accurate!! Menu online and posted in the store are substantially less than the current prices. Pizza was burnt and had very little toppings. We will never go there
The quality and the amount of toppings is no good I will never go back again they must have changed ownership
