Ordered here a number of times and typically ok last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable. I am sure I could have called and got it replaced but didn’t want to drive 30 mins b...

Have had pizza from here before. Decent. Ordered tonight for delivery. Asked for address and everything. I checked status and it said ready for pickup. I called them. Got sent to a manager who said they can charge me extra for a delivery fee. I told him “No, I already paid.” So he said the can cancel the order. I said to just please deliver the pizzas we paid for. He hung up on me. We did get the pizzas a bit latter but I will never order again.

They kept their online ordering system open for the 4th, which is misleading since all locations, except for Fridley, are actually closed. They should have temporarily disabled online orders to prevent taking people's money throughout the day.

The new app showed me some sort of error so I thought it wasn’t working so I ordered from a different store but then all of a sudden I was charged for the chaticlear order as well and i was stuck with two pizza orders Réservez une table maintenant

The pizza here is fantastic, and the service is always friendly. However, I can only enjoy it thanks to the Thursday special. The kids really appreciate it when the pizza is cut into small squares!

I kept on trying to order a pizza with a coupon. There’s no where to put the code number. So it kept wanting to charge the full priced one.
